Summer Means a Change in Routine (for Your Gut, Too!)

There’s nothing like the time when the weather heats up, all the fun end-of-the-school-year activities hit, and we all prep for summer. It’s a great time, it’s also a busy time that seems to throw off most family schedules unlike any other time of year!

Between those school plays, school carnivals, dance recitals, yellow-belt earnings, neighborhood block parties, award assemblies, and the prep to close out everything before a break, we find a lot of nights just booked. We also find a lot of nights we eat out to celebrate or eat at school functions.

As much as we all love the fun, bodies don’t always love the change of foods and swing in routine. That’s why I’m such a fan of remembering to take Renew LifeDigest Smart™ Enzymes in advance to help with occasional gas, bloating and indigestion that sometimes comes with all the fun!*

Why are they so great for this season?

Renew LifeDigest Smart Extra Care is a broad-spectrum digestive enzyme formulated with 25 plant-based, raw enzymes to help break down protein, carbohydrates, fats, and fiber.* This formula may help prevent occasional gas, bloating, and indigestion and is specifically designed to support the digestion of the most problematic foods.* (I’m looking at you jalapenos.) Digest Smart high-potency formulas are made with maximum Enzyme Activity Values so you can comfortably enjoy more of your favorite foods.*

That means if you’re having a few too many celebratory treats that may not sit as well with your body, you can use the targeted-delivery capsules. I love them for their quality, purity, and potency guaranteed through expiration. Anything that promotes optimal digestion and nutrient availability for occasional gas, bloating, and indigestion* is always something I want to keep on hand!

So as we close out this fun season, we’re happy to say yes to those potlucks and parties; to more ice cream nights celebrating, and we’re doing it knowing our bodies are better prepared for these fun events!
