Serves: 2 (½-cup servings)
- 2 cups purified water
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. dried lemon balm
Bring water to boil in small saucepan. Add dried herbs. Turn off heat and cover with heavy lid. Steep 10 minutes. Drink up to three times a day.

It has been used traditionally to enhance mood and soothe digestive complaints, and it has also been shown to improve memory. Lemon balm contains antiviral compounds and has been shown to have a mild sedative effect.
