Daikon & Cabbage Soother with Fresh Lotus Root

  • 1 whole fresh lotus root
  • ½ daikon radish
  • 3 leaves cabbage

Thoroughly wash vegetables and fruit. Pass all ingredients through juicer. Adjust flavor to taste. Serve and enjoy.

Tip: For a refreshing lung elixir, heat this juice for 3 minutes prior to serving.
