- 1 cup purified water
- 1 tsp. dandelion root, dried and chopped
- 3 drops milk thistle extract (or one 210mg capsule)
Combine water and dandelion in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes. Pour into cup and add milk thistle. Stir and enjoy.
Folklore: Both milk thistle and dandelion root have been used traditionally to enhance liver function.
