- 3 large, ripe Haas avocados
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- Juice of 2 small limes
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 green onions, diced
Cut avocados in half and remove pulp; mash well in bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
