The ideal time to take our probiotics is with a light meal or snack. A small amount of food in the stomach is ideal because it buffers the stomach acid and provides a little protection for the bacteria. Our probiotics are tested to be able to withstand normal digestive conditions though, so whenever you take them is fine.
