Taking the product with a light meal is ideal or snack. We are in the middle of changing our packaging to reflect this.

Just purchased this product and hoping to see great results.    My bottle says to take the product once a day between meals or with a light snack, but when I look at the product online it says "For best results, take one capsule daily with a light meal".

 

So my question is, should I take this product between meals or with a meal?
