Certainly probiotics, by helping to normalize your gut and bowel movements can make your experience of menstruation more comfortable, however I couldn't say what effect it might have on the flow. Great news about your daughter! If you do join Brenda's Community, please let her know this excellent news too!

I was wondering if taking a probiotic can help regulate my menstruation flow, if so which one would be good? I know a lot of it has to do with diet, but just wondering if anyone has any info on this. Thanks!
Also side story, I searched and searched for a post that I made a couple years ago and could not find it :( It was about my daughter having severe vaginal itching, she was about 6 at the time, and now she is almost 8. We have been taking the 15 billion ultimate flora RTS, she is doing great! Once a day greatly reduces her itching and sometimes I give it to her twice a day, which helps out tremendously! My two younger kids also take FloraBear, love love love my renew life probiotics! THANK YOU!!!
