IBS in winter

OfflineIt is hard to say why your IBS is worse in the winter, though it’s possible it may be linked to something like seasonal affective disorder (SAD), since an irritable bowel is often directly connected to your mental/emotional health. Abdominal bloating may also be caused by certain food allergies or sensitivities, so you may want to begin by keeping a record of the foods you eat and how they affect your digestive health. From there, you can begin to eliminate problem foods and hopefully resolve your issue. Good luck!
