 FloraSmart is generally a lower dose probiotic that is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration, so is perfect for people on-th-go, or who travel frequently. 

 Ultimate Flora probiotics are available in higher doses, in a range of formulations depending on the individual, and are best kept under refrigeration.
