Yes. It's definitely OK to take both probiotic formulas at the same time. The vaginal support probiotic is better since it provides the bacteria more native to the vaginal area and more frequently studied for vaginal issues, but both formulas will be helpful with the overall composition of the intestinal and vaginal flora.

Probiotics are a wonderful addition to any candida cleanse.

I am currently taking Ultimate Flora Vaginal Support and Ultimate Flora Critical Care to help treat systemic candida. Is this ok to take in addition to a candida cleanse? 

I thought I had the yeast under control, but as soon as I ate a bit of refined sugar, all my symptoms came back.
