When do I take probiotics?

If your probiotic has a delayed release capsule that protects the cultures through the acid produced in your stomach, you can take it between meals or with a light meal, like a snack.  If your probiotic does not have a protective delivery system, it would be best to take it with a light meal to help buffer stomach acid.
