Hi kbcummings,

Yes, alternating the Ultimate Flora Critical Care (which is high in bifidobacteria) with the Ultimate Flora Vaginal Support (which is high in lactobacilli) is a great way to get high amount of both these groups of beneficial bacteria.

Last month, I took the 50 Billion Critical care product. Then this month, I started taking the Vaginal Support Probiotic. Would it beneficial for me to alternate these 2 products every other day? I am prone to colds, but I also get BV quite often. The vaginal support product has kept this at bay..however I want to make sure I am protected from both weakness's.
