Yes, we recommend discontinuing the cleanse. Although we have not had complaints like these previously with regard to the DIET Start Cleanse, it is important to understand that everyone is different and may react differently to certain ingredients. (For example, there may be a sensitivity/allergy issue with one of the herbal ingredients in the cleanse.) I had a similar reaction after day 3, with diarreha, vomiting, fever, extreme fatigue for 2days. I quit the cleanse on day 4, but I still feel weak with aching back (kidneys?). I hope to hear an answer from the company representative about what went wrong!

While everyone is different and reacts differently to a cleanse, the symptoms you are having are not normal and it is best that you have discontinued the cleansing program. Drinking plenty of water and consuming enough fiber each day are certainly recommended to promote healthy bowel function, but if you are still having problems we recommend that you consult your health care practitioner. You may also call our Customer Service department at 1-800-830-1800 and we can discuss your symptoms further.
