Hello,

No, this is not a typical symptom of the 7 Day Rapid Cleanse. In very few cases, cleansing can cause flu-like symptoms because of the extra detoxification your body is experiencing. Unless the symptom becomes severe, I would just try to drink more water, and be more aware of fiber in the diet.

We make a separate product that can assist with cleansing reactions during a cleanse called AbsorbMore Toxins. Many people find that this product helps them get over the hump, so-to-speak during a cleanse because it helps to absorb more of the toxins you are eliminating.

Hi,

I am on day two of the 7-day rapid cleanse and have started having chills.  My office is usually on the cool side but I cannot break this cold feeling.  I have done other cleanses but have never noticed this symptom before so I am wondering if this is normally associated with this particular cleanse?

Any help/suggestions you can provide is tremendously appreciated.
