Hi Alex,

 

We recommend doing one cleanse at a time. Because it is best to begin with a total-body cleanse, start with Organic Total Body Cleanse and once it is complete, you can then proceed to CandiGONE (immediately after or you may wait a week or two if you prefer). While it would not be harmful to take both cleanses at once, it would be a lot to remember since both are multi-part formulas. Also, if you have a reaction – including a beneficial reaction - it would be helpful to know which cleansing formula was causing the reaction. Finally, because both cleanses include a morning and an evening formula, it is best to begin each cleanse in the morning. Good luck!

I am wanting to do a total cleanse is it safe to do both organic total body cleanse and candigone?  Is it okay to start at night?
