L-glutamine for MSG sensitive person?

OfflineYes, sensitive people should not take the risk and consume L-glutamine, especially at the high levels in IntestiNEW.
Instead of IntestiNEW you could take a probiotic formula high in Bifidobacteria. Bifidobacteria create short chain fatty acids which help repair intestinal cells. In addition to Bifidobacteria, it would also be good to take additional fiber which would help to nourish the good bacteria in the colon.
It's also crucial to avoid the foods you react to severely (and probably the moderate ones too, at least for a while). Fish oils are also helpful to cool inflammation in the gut.

I recently had an ALCAT test done, and found out I am having severe and moderate reactions to about 2 dozen foods. These results indicated that I have "leaky gut". So besides an elimination diet, I started on the Critical Care probiotic. I also would like to try the Intestinew, but it has L-Glutamine in it. I have chronic migraine, and am severely sensitive to Monosodium Glutamate in foods, it gives me the worst, most severe migraine of all. I have read that sensitive people like me should not take glutamine. Is this correct, and do you have any suggestions for what to take instead of Intestinew? Thank you.
