I have cronic gas, bloating and constipation.  I've been using Brenda's FiberSmart for six plus years but it no longer seems to be effective.  I've tried Ultra Flora/probiotics but didn't seem to help.  I used a cleanse which worked, perhaps a little harsh and after words it was really hard to get my bowels moving again/regular. 

I need help selecting products that are right for me.  With so many products available, I'm not sure what would be most effective/efficient.  The problems a mentions above are the major problems but I have many others which include IRS, headaches, yeast/urinary infections, sinus problems, blurred vision, fatigue and hard to lose weight.  I take FiberSmart three times daily but need to supplement it with Miralax often to keep the bowels moving.

 

What products would you recomend?
