Although headaches are often a common cleansing reaction, the severity of your symptoms is not. Flush & Be Fit is also a fairly mild cleanse, however it is important to keep in mind that everyone is different and may react differently to certain ingredients. That said, we recommend consulting your health care practitioner if symptoms persist to determine whether or not there is an underlying health issue (and also with regard to your current medication regimen). For now, it may be best to discontinue the cleanse until the issue is resolved.

I started the flush and be fit four days ago, on day two I awoke with a headache that has proggressively gotten worse. I have never had an issue with water consumpution as I always feel thirsty. I can easly drink a gallon of water a day plus what I drink at meals. My sugar and thyroid are normal. I notice that this headache issue seems to be a recurring theme due to the detoxing of the body. I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue for what seems to be to be long term and does it ever go away. I do not want to stop taking the cleanse, are there other supplements I might find helpful. On a side note, I am taking litium could this be part of the problem?
