Yes, it is definitely possible to feel such symptoms as the result of changing your diet so drastically. Especially with wheat and sugar, the body sometimes needs about a month to effectively stop craving those foods and get back to a point where you feel good again. Sugar and wheat "withdrawal" definitely happens, and it is much like quitting anything addictive – it takes time to get it out of your system. What you are experiencing is likely at least partially due to die-off. Yeast feed on sugars in the system, so when that fuel is taken away they become more virulent and actually increase their growth and development.
CandiGONE would be a good option for you, and while yes – we typically recommend doing a general total-body cleanse first (such as First Cleanse or CleanseSMART), this is not necessary to experience success. First Cleanse does not address yeast overgrowth, but it does help to prepare the body for the cleansing process. For some people this is ideal; for others it may not be necessary. Good luck!

I have stopped eating sugar and wheat for about a week and I feel aweful! Is it normal for someone to feel very tired, week, and blah just from diet change? Is this a die off thing? Found your product Candigone but discovered I need to start with First cleanse. Will the first cleanse help with candida?
