A slight recurrence wouldn't be surprising so soon into your cleanse along with a reduced dose. Your body may be eliminating yeast at this point. It's important to shift your diet along with the cleanse, and also to support your body with probiotics and enzymes, as it mentions in the Instruction sheet included in the box.

I don't know that actual studies have been done on the extract, however, as you know, grapefruit itself has been seen to cause some issue. I'm not sure if the issue was dose dependent, as this would be a very small amount, of course. As with all medications, bottom line, ask your doctor or pharmacist about interactions.

I just started Candigone January 2nd and took full dose of Candigone   I on the 2nd/3rd but switched to 1/2 dose today Jan.4th. Tonight I notice I have a very slight recurrence of vaginal yeast.  I note on the blog that this has occurred for others and that Admin would be responding; however, I was unable to find any further information.  Is this normal? 

I have a 2nd question for Admin and that is that grape seed extract is in the Candigone formula.  Are people who should not eat grapefruit due to drug (hypertensive) absorption or interactions able to take this product?
