Omega 3 is more beneficial supplement for the heart health.

It controls the cholesterol level and burn the fat to keep the heart healthy and active.

It's proper use reduces the risk of the heart stroke and helps in the working of the heart.

Any comment?

Hi David,

Omega-3 helps the heart in a few different ways. First of all, Omega-3 helps the body properly respond to inflammation and has been shown to beneficially affect the inflammatory response. Another key way Omega-3 aids the heart is by positively affecting cholesterol levels and blood pressure.

Omega-3 is considered an "essential" fatty acid and therefore is needed in the diet, however many people do not consume enough Omega-3. Omega-3 fats can be found most in fatty fish, and that is just not typically found in the standard American diet.
