Hi Emily,

Both Organic Fiber Bars and FitSmart Bars provide an excellent source of fiber, and a diet high in fiber helps with weight loss as well as bowel regularity. Should I be eating the Organic Fiber bars or the Fit Smart bars?  Weight loss is my primary goal, yet I also have issues with constipation.  I have looked at the specs and each seems to be better in different ways, as the former has more fiber and fewer calories/less fat, yet the latter has more protein and is marketed for weight loss.  Please advise!  Thanks.
