To begin, please have her run any product she chooses by her doctor.
That said, Triple Fiber is made from foods and should be perfectly safe for a nursing Mom. The same with the rest of the HOPE Formula - you can learn more here -
Please have her increase her water with added fiber and also start slowly. Fiber can at times increase constipation.
Perhaps she might also consider probiotics. Again starting slowly. Many people find probiotics helpful with bowel movements.
And again, make sure she consults her doctor before beginning any products while nursing.

My daughter is nursing her week old son and is having a difficult time with constipation.  Of course, doctors have given her suppositories, milax, and other medication.  She is 29 years old and healthy otherwise.  Would she be able to take your Triple fiber and how many times should she take.  She said the other medication is giving her diarrhea.  Thanks
