OfflineFirst Cleanse is formulated for people of all ages. It is also formulated to be gentle and easy to take. Taking a total body cleanse like First Cleanse can be a great idea for someone looking to enhance their existing detoxification organs like the liver and kidneys but these cleanses are only recommended for generally healthy people.Someone taking a medication or many medications or someone with a medical condition should consult their physician first before taking any supplement.
FiberSmart can be taken at any time of day. Some people find it's easier for them to take it in the morning, some prefer evenings. You just want to take fibersmart away from other supplements/medications, by at least 1 hour.
We don't recommend castor oil at all. If constipation is an issue we have a product called CleanseMore which is a natural mineral and herbal laxative for occasional constipation.
OilSmart is also great, but it is more for lubricating the bowel and providing the body with essential Omega-3 fats.

Hi!
I recently order the first time clease for my grandparents but would like to make sure it is safe for someone over 75 year old. Also, the instructions say that FiberSmart should be taken in the evening; however, in other recommendations (i.e., forum) they say to take it in the morning. Can SmartOil be substituted with the castor oil in case of contipation?
Thank you.
