Hello,

Enzymes work on the food you just ate, so take them with each meal.

DigestMORE contains digestive enzymes and natural ingredients such as L-glutamine, NAG and marshmallow to soothe and nourish the intestinal lining. DigestMORE Ultra contains much higher potency enzymes, but no additonal ingredients for the intestinal lining; just enzymes.

Do enzymes need to be taken with each meal or just once per day?  If I take it with one meal a day, will it also help to digest my other meals/snacks or just that one meal?

 

Also, what is the difference between Digest More and Digets More Ultra?
