Lipase is the enzyme that digests fat. Most of the ReNew Life enzymes contain adequate amounts of lipase. Also any cleanse which contains liver stimulating herbs can also help with fat digestion.

The liver makes bile and the gallbladder secretes more bile into the intestine in the presence of dietary fat. Bile emulsifies (breaks up) fat and helps it become better digested later by lipase enzymes.

There's a big difference between fat digestion and fat "burning." If you're interested in fat metabolism, or fat "burning" take a look at our diet products, especially Diet Start Cleanse or Total Diet Success. Both of these items contain Svetol which aids in fat metabolism and is known to aid weight loss and improving Fat mass to muscle mass ratios.

I hope that helps.
