Hi Frank,

It's perfectly safe, and actually advisable to use DigestMore long term. Your body will continue to produce enzymes as well. The foods we eat (and the amounts) easily overcome our own enzyme systems many times. Extra help is appreciated by the small intestine, where food particles need to be small enough to be properly absorbed. Additionally, we don't want those oversize food particles getting into our bloodstream and creating allergic responses, as they do with Leaky Gut.

And always remember to really chew your food well, too.

Hi,

Is it safe to use DigestMore enzymes for the long term or will supplementation cause the body to stop producing it's own enzymes.

Thanks,

Frank
