Hi Celia,

ReNew Life recommends a general total-body cleanse (such as First Cleanse) at least twice yearly for optimal health, though you may use it quarterly if you wish. Once you have completed the general cleanse, you may benefit from an enhanced cleansing/detox program such as Liver Detox, Total Kidney Detox or Heavy Metal Cleanse, depending upon your individual needs. From there, a microbial cleanse such as ParaGONE or CandiGONE may be used to address issues with parasites and/or yeast overgrowth. As for how long to wait in between cleanses, it is really whatever you feel comfortable with. Some people prefer to wait a week or two, but others may go right from cleanse to cleanse. First Cleanse especially is very mild, so you should be fine going right into your next cleanse.

If you do not feel the need for enhanced or microbial cleansing, simply continue with a general total-body cleanse 2 to 4 times a year, and be sure to take a daily fiber and oil supplement to enhance cleansing and promote overall digestive health. Daily probiotics are also recommended to support a balanced intestinal environment.
