It’s a little bit like the chicken and the egg here. Some will agree that you want to cleanse for parasites first, then cleanse the liver because the parasites can weaken healthy liver function, yet others recommend cleansing the liver first so it is better prepared for a parasite cleanse (as the toxins excreted by dying parasites would be processed by the liver). Essentially, it is up to you and whatever feels right for your individual situation.

Wouldn't it be wiser to complete the parasite cleanse before proceeding to the liver and gall bladder cleanse??? This way the parasites are already killed off and can dis-attach faster and see better results on the liver gall bladder cleanse?

Ive tried the full body. Im taking a different route this time. Im focusing on one organ at a time. What order would you recommend?

Thanks

ReNew Life recommends the following 3-step Program for Internal Cleansing:

Begin with a General Total-body Cleanse, which we recommend 2 to 4 times each year. (Note: Each of our General     Total-body Cleanses already includes a colon-cleansing component. If you are having issues with regularity or occasional constipation, you may benefit from beginning with CleanseSMART to stimulate healthy bowel function.)

Following the General Total-body Cleanse, advance to an Enhanced Cleansing and Detox formula as need for specific concerns, such as liver/kidney health. (See individual product directions for length of use.)

Complete the 3-step program with a Microbial Cleanse to address parasites, yeast, or both, depending upon your individual needs. (See individual product directions for length of use.)

Once you complete the 3-step program, you may then wish to use one of our Situational Cleansing and Detox formulas to address additional concerns such as smoking or weight loss.

When deciding how long to break in between cleanses, it is always important to read the individual product directions. While several of our cleanses may be taken for up to three months at a time, a deeper cleanse such as CleanseSMART is best used only quarterly or twice yearly because of the stronger bowel-stimulating herbs in the formula. Essentially, it is not beneficial for your body to be cleansing month after month, so it is best to take a break in between–at least 15 to 30 days. Good luck and happy cleansing!

I was considering doing it in this order.

Thanks, Juls Kiss
