I'm so sorry the capsule opened. I hope you called in to speak with one of our Product Specialists already. You don't want to mix those herbs with food. As you discovered, they don't taste great.
I'm trying to understand – you didn't have any problem with the other capsules, did you? It would be great if you could get the #3 down. Perhaps you could put it in some olive oil, butter, something to help it slip down more easily?
Yes, you want to make sure your bowel is functioning very well during a cleanse. Your other option would be to use a product like CleanseMore, or if you wanted to mix up a powder, you could try Bowel Cleanse, but it may have a similar taste to the other one. That also comes in capsules.

I taking this today. I did step 1 and 2 with no problem. When I tried to take the step 3 this evening, I couldn't get the pill down before the capsule started to open. The taste made me gag, so I tried to mix the pills in with yogurt. It almost made me throw up after one taste, so I trashed it with the evening's dose mixed with it.j
Is it possible to take step 1 and 2 as directed and not take step 3? Should I take some sort of alternative to do a colon cleanse while on it?
