Mild headaches, achy feeling can definitely be an indication that you're throwing off toxins in a cleanse, "combatting the buggies" so to speak.
Here's a really great place to find answers to questions about Cleansing - http://www.renewlife.com/learning-center/digestive-care-articles/cleansing-and-detoxification/cleansing-guide-for-first-timers
A specific answer to your question is here in #2 -
2. Will a cleanse make me feel sick?
A cleanse actually makes you feel refreshed. You should finish a cleanse feeling revitalized. However, some people can experience what is termed a “healing crisis.” This may take place when a cleanse kills disease-causing microorganisms faster than the body can eliminate them. Signs of a healing crisis include headache, fatigue, diarrhea and skin eruptions. Because it is often difficult to distinguish between a healing crisis and an actual illness, consult your natural healthcare provider if any of these signs are present after beginning a cleanse.
Additionally, should symptoms become too intense or persist, decrease your dose (less drops, however don't open your capsule. Perhaps just decrease to one cap every other day).
Also, depending on your toxicity level and how you continue to feel, it may also be a good idea to complete a Total Body Cleanse to open the 7 channels of elimination first before beginning what's called a microbial cleanse like ParaGone. You can read a bit more about that here - http://www.renewlife.com/learning-center/digestive-conditions/optimum-digestion-the-foundation-for-overall-health
Let us know how you do on your cleanse. And feel free to ask any further questions that arise. Good job on following the diet. It's an important piece in this cleanse.

Hi, I just started using ParaGone yesterday (1 tablet, 7 drops - 3x/day on empty stomach) & soon after started having a mild headache. Then this morning woke up w/ coughing, sniffling, & still have a headache. Also, this AM started having loose stools once so far. I've been following the diet suggested.
I just got over having a chest cold last week so it would be unusual for me to get sick again so soon after having a cold.
I'm wondering if it's just because I'm combatting the buggies that might be within my body.
I would appreciate any information or insights that experienced users or people at Renew Life may have.
Thanks so much! CC
