I highly recommend castor oil for joint pain, very helpful in any pain that you may feel. It reduces and it relieves any future possibilities of joint pain.

I have not yet started "First Cleanse".  My sister sent this to me because I had gotten so sick after I stopped drinking.  I quit over 4 months ago and have steadily gone down hill.  It started with joint pain so bad that I had to have help getting up and down.  I had ringing in my ears, severe swelling in my legs and hands, and constipation.  I changed my diet and ate  (and still eat) fresh fruits and veggies, no preservatives, almond milk instead of cows milk, and lots of water.  The only thing I have not been able to give up is coffee, although I have cut back.

My health has improved some except the joint pain.  My knees and shoulders hurt so bad I can't hardly walk up and down stairs and I'm not able to raise my arms above shoulder height.  I have had arthritis since I was in my 20's, but never anything like this.

My question to you is, do you believe First Cleanse is safe for me and will it help?  I've been to doctors and made one trip to the ER and no one knows what's wrong with me.  My vital signs are better than they have ever been and my blood work has come back normal 3 different times.  I've got to do something because I'm unable to sleep at night for the pain.  I'm tired all the time (also off balance and confused) and am not able to meet my obligations.

Thank you for you time.
