Hi! I have used your products for years and love them. I have followed the HOPE plan and also done the first cleanse a few times. I am ready to take my cleansing further and am wondering about the order in which to do them. I've read through several similar questions and know that the general answer is the 3 step protocol of starting with a total body cleanse then do a liver or kidney cleanse then the microbial cleanse of either candigone or paragone. My question is what if I want/need to do all of these cleanses?

Would I do the total body cleanse then do the liver and kidney cleanses back to back then do the candigone and paragone back to back. Or do the total body then kidney then candigone. Then start over and do another total body then liver then paragone. Or something like that. ??? Just. not sure what to do if I need all 6 of these! I appreciate any advice you can give.

Also, I read  about taking breaks... How often and how long should the breaks be?
