I'm sorry, but I think your bet bet is to see a dermatologist. It sounds like it could be local irritation and therefore could be alleviated with a cream or some other treatment.

Greetings. For the past 32 yrs. I have used work boots in my job and for the last 5 yrs. I noticed that I have developed what could be best described as blemishes on both feet between the ankles on up to the area that is coverd by my boots. It looks as if there is dirt embeded under my skin. I have tried cleansing creams, even Noxema and also soaking my feet in water with soap for a couple of hours, all with negative results. Can someone give me a solution that will solve my problem?
