Reduced bowel movements

OfflineHi Ryan,
It is normal to have some bowel fluctuations while cleansing, but it's always advised to make sure you're going at least every day. Especially during ParaGONE it is important to make sure you're eliminating wastes as you target parasites and yeast in the digestive system.
ParaGONE does not have a lot of laxative strength, so it may be necessary to take an additional laxative to help ensure regularity. CleanseMORE is a good choice for regularity while on the cleanse.
Good luck,

Hi,
I just completed day 3 of paragone and I am having less bowel movements than usual. I usually have at least one bowel movement a day. Since starting, I've had one big bowel movement and another was diarrhea.
I am following the diet recommended in the instructions which includes a lot of fiber: brown rice, vegetables, etc. I am taking psyllium husks as a fiber supplement but only one small scoop per day so far. I must add that I am eating considerabally less calories per meal than usual.
The strange part is that I don't feel constipated like I usually do. I just feel like I don't have to go at all.
Tomorrow I will start at the full-strength dose. Also, I am going to add a probiotic next week when it arrives.
Is it normal to not have any bowel movements or the feeling to go at all?
