Because First Cleanse is such a mild formula, you may want to incude CleanseMORE to help with elimination. CleanseMORE is a natural herbal laxative formula that can help jumpstart a sluggish colon and promote regular bowel movements. Once you have completed the First Cleanse program, yes - you may proceed to CleanseSMART right away for a deeper cleansing experience. At that point, you may discontinue the use of CleanseMORE, as CleanseSMART has a more potent bowel-stimulating component and should help with regular elimination. Good luck!

I am currently on Day 5 on FirstCleanse. I am noticed changes - I have eczema and it is clearing up FINALLY! However, I did not notice much difference in my bowels. I am taking 2 capsules as directed for FirstCleanse II. I was wondering if I can increase the dosage to three capsules. Also, I am wondering, after completing FirstCleanse, is it ok to proceed to CleanseSmart right away? If not, I know there are Detox kits but how do I choose?

Thank you!
