Really it is up to you and what feels right for your body. If you are having issues with yeast overgrowth you may wish to begin with CandiGONE, but if you are concerned about intestinal parasites, you may want to start with ParaGONE.

As a general guideline, ReNew Life recommends beginning your internal cleansing regimen with a General Total-Body Cleanse (2-4 times yearly), advancing to an Enhanced Cleansing and Detox formula, then following the enhanced cleanse with a Microbial Cleanse. Once you complete the 3-step program, you may then wish to use one of our Situational Cleansing and Detox formulas to address additional concerns such as smoking or weight loss.

We recommend only doing one cleanse at a time, and when deciding how long to break in between cleanses it is always important to read the individual product directions. While several of our cleanses may be taken for up to three months at a time, a deeper cleanse such as CleanseSMART is best used only quarterly or twice yearly because of the stronger bowel-stimulating herbs in the formula. Essentially, it is not beneficial for your body to be cleansing month after month, so it is best to take a break in between–at least 15 to 30 days.

While cleansing is an excellent first step toward better digestion and health, remember also that diet and lifestyle factors play a significant role in overall well being. You may find our Cleansing and Yeast Diets section helpful as you begin your journey, and be sure to drink plenty of purified water (at least half your body weight in ounces every day).

Which cleanse is recommended to do before the other:  Paragone or Candigone?

I am currently doing Cleanse Smart and want to do BOTH of the above cleanses if this is okay (Please confirm a person can do for example:  1.  Cleanse Smart  2.  Paragone  3. Candigone)  If all these cleanses can be done please confirm Paragone is best done before Candigone.  I plan to use all the zymes.

Also, how many, if any at all, days in between the above (3) cleanses is recommended?

I have suffered from chronic fatigue and severe constipation most of my life.  My white tongue started to come off as I dumped a cap full of Candizyme on it.  The Candida on my tongue was really thick.  I am determined to get to optimal health and my diet is significantly improved to plenty of veggies.  Your advice is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
