Yes, you can take a dose before you go to bed.

As you were experiencing, the effects can be immediate, a few days later, or none at all. If the symptoms start to overwhelm you, cut back on your dose, or take one less dose.  

The symptoms are the die-off of the parasites, and they are also the effect of the organs of elimination not being able to rid your body of the poisons as fast as they are accumulating. The most important thing is – are you pooping, drinking water?
