Oh gosh, I'm so very sorry this wasn't answered sooner. I hope you called our Cleansing and Detox Advisors at 800-830-1800.
Some posts were lost around the holiday in a computer glitch, and it seems perhaps yours was one of them.
Yes, continue your probiotic while on Paragone - just take it at 2-3 hours away from the Paragone dose. Also, on the instructions, fiber and a digestive enzyme are suggestions too.
Yes, you can take a dose before you go to bed.
As you were experiencing, the effects can be immediate, a few days later, or none at all. If the symptoms start to overwhelm you, cut back on your dose, or take one less dose.
The symptoms are the die-off of the parasites, and they are also the effect of the organs of elimination not being able to rid your body of the poisons as fast as they are accumulating. The most important thing is - are you pooping, drinking water?
I really hope your read the instructions closely. The dietary suggestions are actually very important, as they reduce the strain on your body's digestion.
Again, my apologies for the delay in this answer. I know this is old news now.
A couple of questions about Paragone.
Should I still be taking my Probiotic (Culterelle) while I am on Paragone?
It is suggested to take this on an empty stomach. But do I HAVE to eat 1/2 afterwards for it to be effective or can I take a dose before I go to bed?
When should I feel the effects of Paragone? I've taken it for a day, and don't feel well. I started during what I think was a parasite attack (nausea, loss of appetite, irregular bowels) If I start to feel worse is it the parasites leaving my body or is Paragone just not working for me?
