Dear chw,

The amount of iron in your dessicated liver tabs shouldn't be an issue. The most important effort you can make to eliminate Candida overgrowth is through your diet. Eliminating sugars, refined foods, processed foods, juices - those are things that really feed Candida.

I have read that irom feeds yeast. If I take desiccated liver tabs which have naturally occurring iron in them, will this iron feed the candida?
