Hello and thank you for your quote.

I am currently doing the liver detox and I was wondering in Renew Life has a blog or a link that gives you a better idea or rather more ideas for the type of diet that you should follow.

Also, I want to ask if I can continue taking my Spirulina suppelement, my natural papaya & pineapple enzymes as well as my probiotics as I normally would do every morning. I so, which one should I take first? my regimen or the liver detox?

Thank you for your suggestions.

Really, both. Diet is 80% of any digestive issue, and the liver is part of the digestive system. When you eat a diet high in refined carbohydrates, processed oils and dinners, sugars, alcohol – it puts an added burden on your liver, the go-to detoxifier of the body.

A liver supportive diet will be low in grain-based, refined, and starchy carbohydrates and sugars, and high in vegetables, healthy fats, and lean proteins, nuts, and seeds

The good news is that there are herbal/nutraceutical formulas that can actually support and help to rebuild liver functions. A product like Renew Life Liver Detox can help to simultaneously support, protect, stimulate and assist with the body’s natural detoxification of the liver with natural minerals, vitamins, herbs and amino acids.

If you feel your liver has been overworked through stress or lifestyle -  you might choose to continue your support with a product like Renew Life Critical Liver Support, which provides a natural approach for deep liver support and natural organ detoxification.

And in these toxic times, I don't think there's a day when your liver couldn't use a little added support. What do you think?

You may try some natural treatments like manuka honey to cleanse your liver as honey can protect the liver from oxidative stress and it is induced by drugs such as acetaminophen, or Tylenol, and mainly it prevents damage to the liver.
