How long does it take?

OfflineHi Janene,
You're right, this is a common question but unfortunately there is no simple answer. Heavy Metal cleansing just like Candida cleansing can take a while. Our kits are 15-30 days but for many people do need to be repeated up to 3 months to see results.
It sounds like you're aware of the most important factors here; getting enough fiber, taking substantial probiotics (I'd suggest 50 Billion or more per day, particularly Lactobacillus bacteria for the vaginal area), and cleansing. So just hang in there and see if you can get some diagnostic testing done so you can focus your energy on healing.
Good luck!

I know this question is asked pretty frequently, but I couldn't find an answer for it. I have been suffering from mercury poisoning for quite some time (due to food and stress) but didn't realize it until yesterday. I've had a chronic yeast infection for 3 months which has put me in a holistic frame of mind looking for a cure. I have tried prescription drugs as well as all the over the counter medications and they were ineffective in ridding my yeast infection. I am miserable. Two months ago I got on the Candida diet and have been sticking fairly strictly to that except for a little dressing on my salads and the occasional chicken strip with breading. No fruit, no sugars, only vegetables, lean meats and unsweetened organic yogurt with stevia. I have lost 25 lbs. and would feel pretty good if it weren't for the yeast infection plagueing me.
I was starting to improve a few weeks ago, and I started eating tuna salad (tuna, mayonaise, dill weed, onions). It's a cheap protien that I like. I didn't put two and two together until yesterday, but my symptoms have gotten WAY worse since eating tuna about 2 or 3 times a week. Talk about horrible itching! Since I have rectal yeast as well, it's been just hideous!
A friend asked me about mercury so I researched it and found a list of symptoms, many of which I have been suffering from for several years. I began the Heavy metal cleanse yesterday and today I feel very tired, lethargic and over all crappy. I have to work a 9 hour shift cashiering…hope I can make it.
My question is, how long will it take to see results? I am hoping to lose the yeast symptoms, the itch. I will stay on any regiment, eat whatever I need to to get healthy again, I just need to see the light at the end of my tunnel. I have practically scratched myself raw. My rectum is swollen and my buttox has a rash that peels. This is a horrible experience I never want to repeat.
I am taking a very good natural fiber supplement as well to help carry the toxins out of my body. I am also taking plenty of probiotics.
Thanks for any help.
