Keep in mind that simply because you have been exposed to heavy metals does not mean that you have heavy metal toxicity. In fact, you may have the type of system that detoxifies heavy metals in the liver instead of storing them in muscle tissue. The only way to accurately determine your level of heavy metal toxicity is with the help of a urine or hair test, so this may be something you wish to pursue.

Further, our Heavy Metal Cleanse product does not include a colon cleanse component, so you may not notice any difference in elimination. Essentially, the detox formula is “replacing” (needed nutrients) in the morning and “chelating” in the evening. During the chelation process, beneficial herbs and sea vegetables are helping to bind with and eliminate heavy metal toxins from the muscle tissue, but because this may also deplete important vitamins and minerals, the morning formula will help to replace them. It helps to remember also that not everyone experiences cleansing and detox reactions such as fatigue, joint and muscle pain, or flu-like symptoms, but this does not mean that the formula is not working.

i am on day 5 of the heavy metal cleanse and don't feel any different. i kind of expected to feel pretty awful, since i am 41 yrs old, have had my mouth filled twice with mercury fillings, and had a lifetime of consuming tap water, tuna, salmon, etc................ all the other "bad" stuff i didn't know about. but i feel totally normal. the woman at the health food store told me if i was "loaded up with heavy metals" i might feel pretty awful detoxing, but, i don't feel a bit different. my urine is maybe a bit yellower, but that could be becuase of the herbs in the Cleanse II bottle. of couse I'm wondering if the cleanse is doing anything at all, i sort of secretly hoped to feel crappy. this would be evidence to me that it was working.
