Thanks for the reply.

So, how long should I wait between the time finish with the first cleanse and start the paragone?

Dear numaiuna,

It's often faster to call if you need immediate support, and our Product Specialists are happy to help – 800-830-1800, M-F.

In case you haven't called yet this morning:

1. No, that won't be a big issue. However you won't have gotten the bowel stimulation and support that the evening dose gives.

2. First Cleanse is a great way to prepare your body for cleansing. It helps to open and support your seven channels of elimination. It's great that you started there. It will make your parasite cleanse more effective.

First Cleanse doesn't contain anti-parasitic, anti-fungal or anti-bacterial herbs like ParaGone. It's not formulated to deal with parasites, if that's your issue.

You can use the time while you're using First Cleanse to prepare for ParaGone. It's suggested that you modify your diet 2 weeks before beginning ParaGone. You can read more about dietary modification for a parasite cleanse here - http://www.renewlife.com/media…..e_0312.pdf

3. See #1 – you haven't even taken any bowel stimulating herbs yet. However, First Cleanse is very gentle, and if you have regular bowel movements, you may not notice a big increase. If you find yourself constipated, CleanseMore is included for that reason. If you're generally constipated, you might consider purchasing a bottle of CleanseMore while you complete First Cleanse. It's very important that your bowels continue to move while cleansing.

4. See the dietary suggestions in #2.

I'd like to invite you to join Brenda Watson's Community Forum for free here - http://bit.ly/rXcAmw. You can search years of her answers to other people's posts and you can post health related questions to her there as well. You can search "parasites" and see what other people have experienced. There are interesting posts by Brenda under the FAQs. I remember a good one on Cleansing and also one on Parasites.

Hi!

I  am 28 and I my started my first cleansing today. Actually I started it last night, because I took two morning pills last night by mistake.  I took two more this morning. 1. Do you think that's a big issue?

2.. The reason I started this cleansing is because I felt some anal itching and I was thinking that I might have parasites. I didn't know which cleansing to pick up from my local pharmacy so I chose "First Cleanse." Is this one good for parasites? I saw later on the website that there is a Paragon product. But I was wondering if I do the "First time" in combination with maybe eating certain vergs+ fruit I can get rid of possible parasites? I was thinking to eat garlic, papaya, and pineapple. What do you think about my plan? Are there aliments you recommend? If I do the Paragon, how long should I wait in between the two types of cleansing?

3. I have only used the restroom once today. Didn't notice anything weird. How long should I wait until I get to use the RR more often?

4. So far I have been eating a little bit of: catfish, organic chicken, whole milk yogurt (plain), papaya, orzo, broccoli, water melon, brown rice, raw carrots, peanut butter. Can you see anything wrong in this list?

Thanks
