OfflineReNew Life recommends the following 3-step program for internal cleansing:
Begin with a General Total-body Cleanse, which we recommend 2 to 4 times each year. Following the General Total-body Cleanse, advance to an Enhanced Cleansing and Detox formula as need for specific concerns, such as liver/kidney health, and complete the 3-step program with a Microbial Cleanse to address parasites, yeast, or both, depending upon your individual needs. Once you complete the 3-step program, you may then wish to use one of our Situational Cleansing and Detox formulas to address additional concerns such as smoking or weight loss.
That said, we recommend starting your cleansing regimen with either First Cleanse or CleanseSMART. From there, you may then complete the 3-step program or simply progress to the Smokers’ Cleanse—it’s up to you.
The difference between the two is that First Cleanse is a total-body cleanse formulated specifically to support all 7 channels of elimination—the lungs, liver, lymphatic system, kidneys, skin, blood and bowel (or colon)—which are the vital organs and organ systems responsible for filtering and eliminating toxins from the body. Our general total-body cleanses also contain an effective colon-cleansing component.
Smokers’ Cleanse, in contrast, is a situational cleanse that specifically targets lung and respiratory health, with additional ingredients to help with cravings and stress.
One final note, since you are new to cleansing: When deciding how long to break in between cleanses, it is always important to read the individual product directions. While several of our cleanses may be taken for up to three months at a time, a deeper cleanse such as CleanseSMART is best used only quarterly or twice yearly because of the stronger bowel-stimulating herbs in the formula. Essentially, it is not beneficial for your body to be cleansing month after month, so it is best to take a break in between–at least 15 to 30 days. Good luck and happy cleansing!
