Dear PriceisRight,I'm so sorry to hear how poorly you're feeling. This is not typical of First Cleanse at all, as it's a very gentle formula – one of our most gentle. In fact, we have not had anyone who took First Cleanse with no “known” medical issues to have this type of response and there are no known long term side effects after stopping First Cleanse.
It was an excellent idea to stop taking First Cleanse if you felt it was in any way responsible for your issues. As it says in the instructions that come with the cleanse under "Warning" (in bold) not to use the cleanse if you have or develop abdominal pain.
Once you stop taking them, the herbs in the cleanse don't stay in your system, so we can't even speculate what is wrong as we are not medical advisors. You're taking the right action to see your doctor.
Please let us know how it goes.

PriceisRight,
My husband and I are doing First Cleanse this week. I just learned that I need to be careful what to eat during First Cleanse. I just realized I need to avoid from eating nuts and raisins because the cleansing is still working in my stomach. Nuts and raisins are powerful to our bodies. I can feel they are fighting against each others. Yes, it made me feel pain, and I went bathroom lot. So I decided to avoid nuts and raisins for this week. The Diet Suggestions with food list on the back of white sheet- instruction is what we need to follow during First Cleanse. Today my stomach went great! This morning I drank smoothies- spinach, kale, pineapple, banana and orange juice, early snack- graham crackers because it calmed down my stomach, lunch- healthy tortilla, tuna, and collard plus fruit salad that I bought from home, afternoon snack- small chips from vending machine and tonight- homemade Sloppy Joe with special pita at Kroger. I can feel my stomach is still working with little pain but much better than yesterday. Why? Because detoxify, capture and eliminate are cleaning up in our stomach. After one week you will feel great! I can't wait to see how my stomach works after this Friday! I had horrible experience with Alli pills from Wal-Mart!!!! It caused me to have bad diarrhea lot at work for 2 days! Can you imagine! I had to tell my manager what happened to me with Alli and told her please let me to go to Kroger to buy panties because diarrhea was on my panty! She said what??? She said she wanted to know how it works for me. She was glad she didn't try it. So be patient and you will feel great after one week. ![]()

OfflineHello,
I took the Renew Life First Cleanse 3 weeks ago and have developed major problems since then. I am 21 years old and have been in PERFECT health up until i took the First Cleanse by Renew Life about 3 weeks ago. I developed very bad stomach pains, and about 3-4 days after starting to take it I started to have bad heart pains and discontinued immediately the cleanse. Since this point my abdominal area gets very very bad pains whenever I eat any type of food. So now whenever I eat I get unbearable pain for the past 3 weeks. Doctors have not been able to identify what is causing this and I am quite worried.
I am wondering has any other persons had this problem, and if not, warning be upon you!
This is the worst pain I've ever had, and my family is very worried!
sincerely,
OP
