Hello again!

No, CleanseSMART does not address yeast. Although it will help your body’s cleansing organs work more effeciently at detoxifying and eliminating toxins, it does not directly target yeast. If Candida is your primary health concern, you may benefit from continuing the CandiGONE cleanse (for up to 3 months consecutively) as well as the yeast cleansing diet plus the supplements you mentioned. It may take several back-to-back kits of CandiGONE to drive down serious yeast, but remember that a holistic approach is best—probiotics, a healthy diet, proper elimination and enzymes will help the CandiGONE program work more effectively. And yes, ParaGONE does address yeast but not to the extent that CandiGONE does.

You should stay on the yeast cleansing diet for as long as it is comfortable. We recommend eliminating ALL sugar and dairy for at least the first two weeks on the diet simply to help drive down yeast in the body, so yes, FitSmart shakes should be avoided for at least the first two weeks. After that, you may reintroduce sugars in small amounts, and only mix the shakes with water.

Finally, yes, increasing your daily fiber intake—especially if you are not used to consuming a lot of fiber—can contribute to a constipated colon. It is very important to drink plenty of water (at least half your body weight in ounces every day), and if you still experience constipation, we recommend our CleanseMORE natural laxative formula to help stimulate 2 to 3 healthy bowel movements daily. An Omega oil supplement such as OilSMART can also help by helping to hydrate the stool as well as soothe and lubricate the bowel to ease elimination.

I have a couple more questions....

I'm just finishing the candigone and about to start the cleansesmart. I was feeling die off symptoms just a few days ago so am not really confidant that the candida is gone. I'm not suprised as my symptoms were severe but I do feel so much better already. I'm planning to continue taking the candizyme, ultmate flora, fibersmart and oilsmart as I do the cleansesmart cleanse. Will the cleansesmart do anything to address the candida further? Will it help to clear out whatever is weakened and still in my system? Or is it better to stay on candigone longer?

My understanding is that many people with candida also have parasite issues. So I was wondering if the paragone and parazyme would be appropriate for me to do after the cleansesmart. It seems to have some candida fighting ingredients. Will it help with that at all if that is still a problem?

Also, how long should I stay on the diet?

How much time on candigone does it usually take for severe candida overgrowth?

I don't want to overburden my body either so if I do 3 cleanses in a row (candigone, cleansesmart, paragone) , I'm not sure how long I should wait before doing the candigone again.

After that, I indend to do the cleansesmart and candigone yearly or so and take candizyme, oilsmart, fibersmart and ultimate flora for maintanance as well as taking intestinew for a while to restore the intestinal lining.

Also, can too much fiber make you constipated? I've never had that problem before in my life but it seems that this regime with the candida diet (lots of veggies and meat) and the fibersmart is making elimination a bit more difficult.

Any other suggestions are appreciated.

thank you

Hi Sandie,

Thank you for your post! We are always glad to know our products are making a difference. Yes, yeast overgrowth is often associated with the symptoms you are experiencing and may eventually lead to a breakdown in the health of the intestinal lining (which may in turn lead to Leaky Gut). Making the necessary diet changes is the first step toward overcoming yeast overgrowth, and it sounds like you have already made some progress here. Good for you! Our recommended Yeast Cleansing Diet may also provide added guidance, and yes – always remember to drink plenty of water (at least half your body weight in ounces every day) to help flush out your system.

With regard to supplementation, you are definitely on the right track. We typically recommend beginning with CandiGONE (which may be used consecutively for up to 3 months) as well as FiberSMART during the cleansing program and for ongoing support to help absorb unwanted yeast and transport it out of the body. A high-potency probiotic such as Ultimate Flora Critical Care 50 Billion or Ultimate Flora Vaginal Support is also recommended while taking CandiGONE as well as on an ongoing basis to help replenish good bacteria in the digestive system and urogenital tract. Essentially, when you populate the intestines with more beneficial bacteria, it leaves less room for harmful yeast and Candida to grow. If you are concerned about vaginal yeast and/or urinary tract issues, you may benefit from the vaginal formula. For digestive and/or regularity issues, the high Bifidobacteria content in UF Critical Care 50 Billion may be the best choice.

CandiZYME is also beneficial for continuing maintenance. When taken on an empty stomach, the natural plant enzymes in CandiZYME help to break down the structural component of yeast and promote a healthy balance of intestinal microbes. It also provides a second benefit: when taken with meals, CandiZYME helps to break down the foods you eat and prevent the occasional gas, bloating and digestive discomfort that happens as the result of incomplete digestion.

With regard to your concern about Leaky Gut, yes – IntestiNEW is highly recommended to help nourish and repair the intestinal lining, and a healthy intestinal lining is necessary for helping to prevent harmful toxins from entering the bloodstream and causing illness/disease. IntestiNEW contains the amino acids L-glutamine and N-acetyl D-glucosamine, as well as soothing gamma oryzanol from rice bran oil, and may be used safely on an ongoing basis for natural intestinal lining support.

Once internal balance is restored, regular internal cleansing and the H.O.P.E. supplements (High fiber, Omega oils, Probiotics and Enzymes) are recommended for optimal digestion and overall health. Good luck! And if you have additional questions or would like to discuss your symptoms further, please don't hesitate to call our Customer Service team at 1-800-830-1800.

Hi and thank you for making such wonderful products. I have been battling with my health for a few years now and after much research, my symptoms fit in the symptom profile of Candida overgrowth and they are severe. In fact, I have 100% of the symptoms and no symptoms that really point to anything else, nor have the doctors been able to help me. In recent years it's gotten worse and progressed into many intestinal and digestive symptoms including horrible and painful gas and bloating, horrible heartburn as well as things like memory loss and fuzzy headedness. I suspect that due to the chronic nature, it has progressed to leaky gut syndrome as well.

I've been taking Ultimat flora vaginal support on and off for a year or so and it helps quite a bit. I definately experience die off reactions when I first start on it and periodically when I take it though. I believe it is helping kill the Candida off but it keeps repopulating and I needed to do something more. I also had some relief from my digestive symptoms when doing a 7 day course of the Ultimate Flora super critical.

I started taking Candizyme a month ago and it seemed to help the digestive symptoms a bit and then started the Candigone cleanse a week ago along with all the recommended supplements, fibersmart, candizyme and Ultimate Flora 50 Bill. I plan to do the full 30 days and at full strength, my body has been coping with it just fine so far. I immagine the fibersmart, candizyme and probiotics are helping with the die off and I'm drinking tons of water. The coupld of times I've started to feel a bit icky, I just drank more water and was fine. I am happy to report that I have not had gas, bloating or heartburn since I started the cleanse and diet. That alone has been such a blessing.

Question is, where should I go from here? I really want to make sure I get my body cleansed of this nasty candida and I immagine that I have to work to heal the leaky gut as well. I see that renew life has lots of products to accomplish that. My tentative plan is to do a general cleanse after this like Cleansesmart and perhaps follow that with another candigone for good measure. Then progress to using intestinew with Untimate flora critical colon to heal the leaky gut. I plan to use Ultimate Flora 50 bill or vaginal support,  fibersmart and candizyme for maintanance as well as throughout all the cleanses and doing the Ultimate flora critical care occasionally.

Is this a good plan or do you have any suggestions as to how I should proceed? Would Ultimate flora 50 bill or vaginal support be better for me long term, or would alternating the two be a good idea? I was also considering eventually doing the heavy metal cleanse as well. Any advice on how to best proceed would be appreciated.

Thank you
