When I'm on a cleanse but still feel bloated, yoga helps. MyYogaWorks online yoga classes have specific yoga for detox classes use specific poses (i.e. twists) to help with digestion. They have a free 14 day trial.  Hope this helps!

You did the right thing by cutting back on part 2 or the fiber part of the Total Body Cleanse. We suggest you use the CleanseMore samples that are provided in the box. The colon cleanse or part 3 of this cleanse is mild so we add the CleanseMore samples to help those who need a stronger colon cleanse while using this detox. Hi,

I'm also experiencing the same things as I am now on my third day of the cleanse.  I am going to reduce part 2 to only once a day but how much should I increase part 3?

Hello,

Everyone reacts differently to laxative ingredients, many people are able to eliminate completely with the Total Body Cleanse but for others it's not enough laxative potency. The Total Body Cleanse does not contain stool softening ingredients like CleanseSMART and Total Body Rapid Cleanse so it's not typically recommended for constipation.

When elimination is sluggish on the 14 day total body cleanse I often suggest reducing part 2 (the fiber capsules) and increasing part 3 (the laxative herbs). When that isn't enough and the Total Body Cleanse isn't producing adequate elimination we suggest an additional product, CleanseMORE to help ensure complete elimination during the cleanse.

I'm on day 2 of the 14-day total body cleanse, feel bloated and get very sudden urges to use the restroom.  However, when I have a bm (5 so far), it's very gassy, loose and small.  I've done cleanses in the past (different brand) and had very nice, soft, and productive bm.  

 

I take a daily fiber supplement but stopped for the cleanse.  I was worried about constipation from too much fiber.  I drink plenty of water everyday as well.  Do you have any suggestions that could help?
