Hi awwdetox,

You may start with CleanseSmart if you are wanting a deeper cleanse.  First Cleanse was formulated for people who want to begin cleansing with a milder cleanse, as an introduction to cleansing.  But if you are ready for a deeper cleanse, CleanseSmart is perfect.

Hello, I'm trying to decide if I can start CleanseSmart 30-day program without FirstCleanse, in the hope that I can have cleaner body sooner (in 30 days vs 45 days) ? Or is it required to do FirstCleanse first?

It seems like it is recommended that first timer should do FirstCleanse first. What is the benefit? And What will be the possible consequence if I jump to CleanseSmart? ( more headaches? or toxins cannot get out sooner more effectively..? )

Thanks very much for your advice!!
