OfflineOne of the best sources for information about Svetol is actually the Press page on http://www.svetol.com/. There you will find study results as well as press releases documenting the benefits of Svetol for weight management and fat burning.
Yes, a combination of fiber and protein can help with appetite control when you are trying to lose weight. High-fiber foods help to fill the stomach and keep you satisfied throughout the day, and fiber triggers a powerful anti-hunger hormone in the body that tells your brain when you are full and it is time to stop eating. Fiber also promotes healthy blood sugar levels by slowing down the rate at which your body converts carbohydrates into sugar. This in turn helps to prevent the sharp spikes in blood sugar that can lead to cravings and overeating.
Protein is used for every process the body undertakes, and it is crucial that we get enough healthy protein in our diet to help maintain lean muscle mass. Protein also helps provide a needed energy boost during the day.
Most experts also recommend eating 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day (as opposed to 3 large meals) to keep your appetite in check. Eating more frequently helps to keep your metabolism fueled so the body can burn fat and calories more effectively. Good luck!

OfflineI'm just starting the second week of Flush and Be Fit cleanse and am looking to continue on with the Diet Start Cleanse to really kick up my weightloss program. Especially because of the Svetol because of the blood sugar regulation and using existing fat for fuel concept. Wanted to know if RenewLIfe has done any research on this ingredient and how to access it besides the manufaturer's website. I'm a "dork" at heart and like to know how things work.
Also have an appetite control issue is that from not having balanced meals and waiting too long inbetween? Will protien and fiber bars help with this? I'm trying to eat more yogurt and fruit in the afternoons instead of the "junk" food. What kind of percentage of protien/fiber/fat should I be looking for?
Thanks
